1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

8. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email before returning the item.
